The usability of this page would be enhanced if, to the right of the "Next" link, an arrow were pointing the user to the next "page," like this: .

Of course, technically the user isn't going "forward" in the photo gallery, but from her point of view she is and that's the way the interface should be designed - to reflect the user's mental model and not the technical structure behind the interface. Such small changes that give direction in the sometimes confusing world of the Web can be a great help to users.
