Changing Microsoft Standard "Schemes"

Under the "Appearance" tab in the "Properties" dialog box (see figure 1 below), users with impaired vision can choose from a variety of schemes which are specifically designed to support special needs.

Users itching to play around with the look of their standard Microsoft GUI can switch to a scheme of their choice (see figure 2 below).
