For one year now, SAP has been running a work group which is working intensively on SAP's user experience strategy. The resulting UX strategy was defined and published in April this year and after another round with the work group has now been updated with a new iteration that is presented in an article. Again, you can also download a short – and updated – brochure describing the strategy, consisting of the three pillars: new, renew, and enable.

We would like to inform you that SAP has become the first main sponsor of the Interaction Design Foundation (IDF) in Aarhus, Denmark.

We would like to inform you that SAP was an exhibitor at the CHI 2013 conference. The conference was held in Paris, France, from April 27 to May 2, 2013. Positions were available, and visitors came by our booth to see how they could join SAP's dynamic team of user experience and design professionals.
We would like to inform you that SAP was a "recruiter level" sponsor of the Interaction 2013 conference, which was held in Toronto, Canada, from January 27 to 31, 2013. You could find SAP at booth number 16.
The SAP User Experience Community (or SAP UXC, for short) has been launched in November 2012. It is designed to bring end-users, designers, IT Leads, Line of Business heads, customers, partners, and others in the broader SAP ecosystem together to discuss and share ideas about bringing new and beautiful user experiences to SAP customers.
