On this page, we provide an introduction to SAP's UI Standards.

Introduction

SAP UX Standards is a group within the User Experience organization led by Dan Rosenberg. The group's charter and responsibilities involve ownership of the NetWeaver (NW) User Interface Building Blocks in addition to the User Interface (UI) Standards, which specify the collection of building blocks, their hierarchical structure, and interdependencies. In addition, the UI Standards provides guidance on how to develop and use the building blocks for NW-based applications.

Where Can You Find the SAP UI Standards?

Currently, the SAP UI Standards are not available publicly. We will present the current SAP UI Standards on the SAP Design Guild Website as soon as they have been released to the public.

Obsolete UI Standards

As many SAP customers and partners still use older version of SAP software, there is still a need for providing obsolete SAP UI standards. You will find these outdated UI guidelines and papers in the Resources Archive.
